Adidas, a globally recognized brand and our client for many years, held its sixth edition of “Tango League Lima”: a soccer tournament held in the most important cities of the world such as London, New York, Madrid and Seoul.

The event brings together the best teams of 4 players (between 18 and 25 years old) looking for the best player to sponsor and train them for 1 year.

The event needed a spacious, open-air, different, innovative space where we could set up and dress the football field as we wanted. That space didn’t exist in Lima so we created it from scratch.

We set up on the Costa Verde – that’s what we call the coast of Lima – where we rented an empty lot, hired a team of engineers and brought heavy machinery to flatten the land and put together the Tango League Lima in front of the ocean.

We worked on a large amount of content for social networks to bring people to the event, we invited Adidas clients, soccer teams, fans, public figures and the stars of Peruvian soccer.

Around 1000 people attended the competition and watched the teams play. We also placed bars, we had a music show, an area for different challenges, a foosball table, entertainers, product displays and photo sessions with all the guests.

The event was attended by the press, we appeared on sports blogs and on several YouTube channels that came to cover the event generating a great result (bouncing on television, social networks, blogs and web pages).
